Al Fresco Pops Up Again!

Mad Sq Eats

It’s baackkk! Worth Square once again slips from an inconspicuous meridian just west of Madison Square Park to a lovely al fresco dining spot surrounded by over 25 fabulous food vendors. (I posted about this last spring in more detail – so if you’d like to, scroll way down)

Grab a table, bring a friend or a book or a dog and partake. Over the weekend on a sunny afternoon, I shared a spicy asia hotdog with kimchi plus an edamame corn salad from Asiadog, a spinach & ricotta rice ball from Arrancini Bros, a crepe filled with pear & gorgonzola from Bar Suzette, my always favorite Roberta’s pizza and oh…just a couple glasses of prosecco. šŸ™‚

Go check out all the possibilities! It’s open until June 1st from 11am – 9pm so you can late breakfast, early lunch or anytime dinner. While away a snack and pretend you’re in Piazza Navona or Place des Vosges or just revel in these hedonist pleasures under the gaze of the beautiful and local Flatiron Building.

So spicy, so layered, so satisfying.

The lightest, fluffiest, Sicilian fried rice ball…

The dough is perfect by itself.
